| The Rhode Island National Guard Open House and Air Show was established in 1991 as a major community event that everyone from the region could be proud of and enjoy. |

 The airshow offers the finest aerial and static dsplays along with activities for people of all ages. Due to the policies and directives under the current sequestration, the Rhode Island National Guard officials regretfully announced that the 2013 Open House and Air Show scheduled for June 29-30, Quonset Air National Guard Base has been canceled. As always we appreciate the continued support of our fans and followers and we look forward to seeing you again in 2014. |
